I Close My Eyes In Order To See More Clearly

Isn’t it funny that when you close your eyes you expect to see nothing.
You expect your world to go black.
You expect the light to fade away and the darkness to seep in.
But in fact, when I close my eyes I see everything. Sometimes I even see the normal everyday happenings of my life become more vivid than ever before.
In closing my eyes it’s like a reflection of life is placed before my eyes!
It’s almost like I close my eyes in order to see more clearly.
Is that contradictory or what?
